Keywords Studios in Talks With EQT Over $2.6 Billion Takeover

Keywords Studios, a London-listed videogame services company, is in talks with a European private equity company, EQT Group, regarding a potential takeover. The company is considering a cash offer of 2,550 pence per share, which represents a 73% premium to Keywords’ closing price on Friday. If a formal offer is made, Keywords Studios would be prepared to recommend it to shareholders.
